Tipperary Homestead is a beautifully reimagined and elegantly restored historic family home, perched proudly above the classic vistas of the Australian countryside. Long summer sunsets unfold to a soundtrack of laughter, children, and distant cattle, evoking the simple rural life many long for.

The owners and I worked together to create a garden that settles gently into the landscape, allowing the homestead to remain the hero. The spatial layout and level changes are grounded in symmetry and simplicity. Existing formal hedges surrounding the home are softened by generous mass plantings of grasses and perennials, creating a garden that feels both balanced and deeply connected to its setting.
